Where do we ship?
We currently ship to the following states: Arizona, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Georgia, Illinois, Maryland, Michigan, Missouri, Florida, Idaho, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maine, Minnesota, Montana, Nevada, New Mexico, New York, North Carolina, North Dakota New Jersey, Ohio, Oregon, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Virginia, Washington, Washington DC, Wisconsin, West Virginia, and Wyoming
We are currently unable to ship to states not listed above, PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
What are shipping cost?
We charge a flat fee of $15.00 for one bottle of wine, free shipping for two or more bottles.
How long does it take to receive my product?
We ship our wine via UPS ground from California. This service can take 5-7 business days depending on your location. We ship out products within 3 business days Monday-Friday. Orders completed during weekends will be processed on Monday.
Do I need to be home to accept the delivery?
You or someone 21 years of age or older is required to be present for the delivery of the package. Proof of identification is necessary.
What happens if I miss my delivery?
In the event UPS is unable to deliver your package, it will be returned to our warehouse. If you would like the package to be redelivered you must pay $23.00 to reship the package. Cancelled orders due to missed delivery are subjected to 50% of the order total as a restocking fee.
Due to the nature of our product we are unable to accept returns of our wine products for any reason including duplicate orders. In the event you are unhappy with your purchase, please reach out to firstname.lastname@example.org to provide us with additional information. In the event of damage product due to shipping please contact us at email@example.com within 72 hours of receiving your product.
